Terrence Chase

Terrence Chase was born in New York City and later moved to Denver, Colorado during his adolescent years.  After graduating high school he went to college at University of Northern Colorado.  He went there to receive his Bachelors Degree in Mathematics with an Emphasis in Elementary Education.  After college he moved to Texas where he has been teaching for six years in the Duncanville ISD.   Growing up in the Boy’s and Girl’s Club he always believed that children’s success are the key to a better society

Today, Terrence is currently the Education Coordinator for the Mentoring Brother 2 Brother, Inc. organization. and serves as the organization's President.  Terrence feels that the more you put into your own and other people’s lives; the more you will get out of your own and other people’s lives.

Ray Schufford

Ray Schufford Jr. is a product of the greater Dallas area.  While growing up in the southern sector of Oak Cliff, he attended Dallas ISD for his grade school education.  He went on to receive his Bachelors Degree in Business Management from the University of Central Missouri. Serving others has never been a strange act for Ray.  He, after college, joined the Dallas Fire and Rescue Department to do just that.  He has been currently employed with them for 10 year.   Ray has always enjoyed helping people.  While using that as motivation, he and friend Terrence Chase, created Mentoring Brother 2 Brother, Inc. in 1999.  Seeing a desperate need to teach young men how to become “men” made it evident that something had to be done.

Today, Ray is currently the Sports and Fitness Coordinator for the Mentoring Brother 2 Brother, Inc and the organization's Vice-President.  Ray feels that there is nothing more valuable than investing time in a young person.  “That same young person was me at some point at time and someone took time out to make sure I made it.”
